How can I issue a national tax payment certificate? (Issuance method of national tax payment certificate)



National tax payment certificate (proof of no national tax arrears) is a document that proves that there are no tax arrears.

It is often submitted when borrowing from a bank.


Go to the Hometax website.

After logging in to Hometax, click [Certificate for civil affairs] - [Request for issuance of certificate for civil affairs] - [Certificate of tax payment (proof of no tax arrears)].

Basic personal information is automatically filled in.

Select the method of receipt and the details of the application, and then click [Apply] button.

If you don't know the purpose or the submission destination, you can select "Other".

You can check the processing status in [Certificate for civil affairs] - [Request/Inquiry for certificate for civil affairs] - [Inquiry for application results of certificate for civil affairs].

Once processing is complete, you can view the civil affairs document by clicking on the issuance number.

When the proof of tax payment appears in a new window, you can click the print button at the top to download as a PDF or print it.
